If your vehicle is not collected within 24 hours of us notifying you it is ready, then this will incur an additional storage charge.
This is a polite reminder that it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that your vehicle has valid tax, MOT and insurance. Should your vehicle not have a valid MOT (i.e. if you have booked your vehicle in with us for diagnostics/repairs as a result of an MOT failure) then it is your responsibility to inform us of this.
Due to health and safety reasons, please ensure that your vehicle arrives with us in a clean condition. ? Due to limited parking, your vehicle may have to be parked on the public highway when our services are in high demand. We take no responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle whilst it is parked on the public highway.
